ex-Dilbert, OT *** obese Americans
This is because of the easy availability of food everywhere. Costco customers can't shop without gorging themselves with pizza beforehand. Movies must be enjoyed while eating etc.

Not really true.

Europeans eat SMALL portions and they walk nearly everywhere I am told by a friend that has been there many times and said she ate more there than here but she walked all over Paris... AND LOST WEIGHT!

Here most take the Monster Urban Assault SUV to get the paper at the end of the driveway!!!

Look at a high school year book for your youth and then look at one from today. Kids are obese as their parents drive them everywhere and serve them fatty foods. The kids that play sports.... look the same in both yearbooks.

I work out a great deal and eat a great deal. Recently I went to "Black Angus" for a $30 for 2 special with a male friend. We couldn't finish what seemed like enough food for 4 to 6 Europeans. The We split half the desert and I took the leftover desert home and had two more servings the next two nights. I asked the waiter how many people can eat all the food and what do they look like. He said a good majority of the customers that order that special (with a coupon in the Sunday paper) can eat it all and they are very fat.... It seems that in America, "Quality means large portions".

Supersize that!
