I do feel that the dollar has been in something of a bubble. Here are some good comments from a Financial Times article. (I can't get the link to work, but you can read the excerpts on this post)

I can't comment on the yen, but I really believe the euro will break parity and go to about $1.02 in the next 9 months. Depending on the economies of the two areas, I think it's possible that the euro could advance even beyond that level.
