... and what proof of that statement do you have???

You do of course realize that there are about 2 companies that make 193nm steppers?

You do of course realize that Intel has orders with both companies?

You do of course realize that only one company has delayed its steppers?

You do of course realize that no one has indicated that they are actually using 193nm for 0.13 micron?

You do of course realize that even if the steppers were available, then there's the question of the quality of the photoresist?

I honestly don't think that 193nm is going to be production viable for 0.13 micron (at least at the outset). 193nm will probably not be manufacturable until the 0.10 micron node.
