Michail,

My main point is that the shares showed up in my account, and I did call to check on them, and the person I talked to was not a rookie broker. He also checked with the re-org department who went over the trades and came to the conclusion that the stock was mine, and I could sell. The only reason I sold was because after I asked what could happen if this turns out to be a mistake in the future and he said "NOTHING, I GUARANTEE IT. THIS IS A RECORDED LINE, I AM TELLING YOU THESE SHARES ARE YOURS AND YOU CAN SELL" Thats the problem, NDB has to hold its people accountable for things like that. And the fact that pershing took 10 days to realize the error is unreal, that company has their heads up their asses when it comes to doing their job.
