Hmmm, Zarathustra (Gregory Olson ) is looking for a way to provide WAMX money today and get something in return if the company prospers. I wonder if he's ever heard the term "secondary offering" (Of course, one needs to be current in one's filings for this option). Alternatively, OTCBB and Pink Sheet companies often prefer other funding routes - often involving sales of stock or debentures (frequently toxic) under exemptions from registration. Still Olson and the WAMX CEO seem to have come up with a truly creative solution to funding problems - simply give the money to WAMX in return for mention on a Internet web page* and a vague (IMO) promise that the "company shall adamantly reserve the right to recompense all those that have come to its rescue, once it can do so from a position of strength."

I especially liked the eloquence of the CEO's description of this groundbreaking solution. Not that I expected anything less from the individual who wrote the following in response to the resignations of the prior chairman/CEO and the prior CAO: "I would like to express my sincerest appreciation for the selfless and dedicated work Mr. Cushing and Mr. Chimenti have contributed to this company for so many years which were characterized by exemplary personal sacrifice and impeccable work ethic."

Message 14569080

Those unfamiliar with the WAMX story, may wish to review the somewhat different characterization of the contributions of Mr. Cushing and Mr. Chimenti set forth in the complaint: USA v Mitchell Cushing, Russell Chimenti, Roger Detrano, and Anthony Hidalgo: Message 13913558 and Message 13913604.

* Speaking only for myself, I would pay not to be mentioned on such a web page.
