I posted here to get some advice on my rights. I did consult an attourney, and am in the process of getting it started. I sent a letter and fax to the complaince department requesting a copy of the tapes. I understand everyone's point of view here, and I appreciate the honesty. Brokers have to be responsible though when they make claims like they did to me on the phone, and that is my point here. When I ask a guy on the phone who IS licensed by the way "What happens if I sell and in the future someone realizes it was a mistake, then what, will I be short?" And the reply was "NOTHING CAN AND WILL HAPPEN, I GUARANTEE IT ON THIS RECORDED LINE, NOTHING CAN HAPPEN." He then gave his name, extension, and recorded teh time and date of the call. Period.
