Hi Ray, we're hearing talk of weakness throughout Europe, Latin America is obviously struggling, and Japan can
not get going..... I was seeing a news headline this week of the Global slowdown being much more in Lockstep
than we've seen at any time since 1973-74, and I think there is some validity to that concern.

I'm not certain that we have a unified downturn that is of the same magnitude as we saw in 1973-74, but it's
possible. One thing that happened back then is that we saw an extraordinarily large number of changes in
Govt's and Political leaderships around the Globe. We're certainly not seeing that yet.
