OT: You have been doing alright. I don't believe management can control direction of the stock price by much. They can set up incentive plans to reward primarly the top management. One way it is shortsighted. For me the pooling of the interests of all stakeholders is more important than accumulating $40B personal wealth.Shows you can't create perfect markets or provide enough checks and balances.

dont think its old out-maybe temporarily but going much lower i think ultimately....management isnt trying to get stock down to award options cheap.they tend to do the other- try to keep it propped up,imo....anyway,its a fine company but a lousy business and i dont trust md,one bit.been untruthful far too many times.fwiw.
