Speaking of Mortgage refinancing, I just got mine refinanced with a little Cash-out. It would have been great if my broker received my Cash-out money today to be invested in AMAT; maybe tomorrow.

Years ago, an AMAT co-employee of my cousin bought AMAT shares using about $50K from his Mortgage Refinancing money. In less than 10 years his AMAT holdings was worth $2M to $3M.
