i only used your recent tech buys as examples that investors had not lost their appetite for tech stocks.

>> If William had responded to you, the answer is yes. <<

i believe you originally stated that i would get a hundred bucks if i could get william to respond to anyone on this thread. so the issue is not who he responds to, but who motivated him to respond. i suppose you are lucky this time, he responded to your article, so i was not the one who prompted the response.

i bet if i really wanted to i could get william to respond to me on this thread, but it's not worth the effort for a measly $100

PolyMedica offices in Florida raided by FBI agents
Dozens of FBI agents carrying search warrants have raided several Florida offices of Woburn-based PolyMedica Corp., the biggest maker of diabetes test kits, Bloomberg Business News has reported.

The company recently acknowledged its Liberty Medical Supply unit, based in Port St. Lucie, Fla., is the subject of a criminal investigation.

"We're planning on going through the night," FBI agent Judy Orwello told Bloomberg. The raids of 10 PolyMedica offices began at 1 p.m., she said.

Trading in shares of PolyMedica was halted shortly before 2 p.m.

Barron's magazine has reported that investigations by the FBI and U.S. Postal Service center around PolyMedica's billing practices and possible mail fraud.

PolyMedica, which had sales of $220 million in fiscal 200 gets 80 percent of its revenue from Medicare, the government health-insurance plan for the elderly, Bloomberg said.

Just as a matter of interest, this is from the news release about the in store pick-up at Circuit City for Amazon purchases.

""For electronics shoppers who want their merchandise right away, the in-store pickup option is a great way for them to get exactly what they want, when they want it," Bezos said."

I am totally lost by Bezos statement. He has been saying that the convenience of not having to go to the store, having a far larger selection than any store could carry and the lower expenses of not paying high rent made the Amazon.com the way of the future. Now he is saying that customers basically want instant gratification, do not wish to pay to have items shipped and want to fight the holiday traffic by going to the store to pick up their item.

Could someone please explain this to me as though I am a 5 year old?
