Ok,

Who is the culprit. Who executed the trade? Who had advance notice? If it is one of the houses with a leak to a few chose "KOSN" clients, the information would be timely give the current pressure/scrutiny that they are under.

And what is the strategy to play this tomorrow?

J.D.

>>But how do these guys/gals know that it's coming<<

It wouldn't be very hard to subpoena every trade south of $7.90. As for who, I suspect there are at most 10 individuals at work and that they all know each other. The plunge happened very very quickly, hitting all the stale bids and the occasional alert BT-jock like tuck. It really wouldn't be very hard to figure it out who they are. When we get who, we have how. But to answer you directly, I don't know how. (Sorry.)

If I wanted more kosn (and I do, only cheaper still), I would put in an order at the closing price and pick up some from the scardycats who will bail at the open.

Level II? It's a NASDAQ stock, after all.

Cheers, Tuck
