Watch Nasdaq 1875...
******************************
The downward sloping trendline of the Nasdaq has now moved to the 1875 area... Unless that is broken, we could see the Nasdaq moving further down... 1835 and 1825 offer near term support...

It also keeps interest rates friendly for people wanting to buy homes... Jim, the only problem is that the "real"rate of interest is quite high, historically speaking. I have mentioned this from time to time in the past, but most people don't get it...

On the market note, before the last rate cut, maybe it was 2 cuts ago, I did say that you could write off this whole year. At that time the street was touting a 2nd half recovery. Yeah, sure...
I do think we should get a dcb in the averages, maybe starting as early as this afternoon..

Interesting story as an addendum to our Latin America/US/credit talk in general, a long one, but worth the time>http://www.prudentbear.com/credit.htm
