If you want to get a Job on wall street the secret is to get an internship whille your in school. Your grades are irrelevent, its who you know that makes the difference. Besides most WS firms like people with diverse backround's. If you really wanted to work on wall street, get a Pre-med or engineering degree youll get hired in a second.

Agreed...a marketable major that requires analytical
thinking/problem solving, complimented with a strong
minor and other well-rounded electives will serve as
good launching pad. That'll show that you've taken
mere thinking to the next level with planning and
direction...

I worked for Nikko Securities right after college and
alot of the top dogs had Masters/Phd in statistics
or quantitative analysis. But I think it was
more important to have a Latte with the boss and
kiss alot of ass <g>
