Deeber, sorry to see you leaving dont know what was said, but again, my understanding is all US brokers REQUIRE an arbitration agreement to avoid litigation is such cases. A clerical error is a mistake. If one 'ran' with money due to a clerical error he'd be commiting a felony. Hope you stay around as Im interested in your posts...

To clarify something from my last post...I was TOLD A@P goes against his stock calls sometimes, I have no PROOF besides that. If that is incorrect, Im sorry. I already mentioned I was KICKED OFF his site, which is 100% correct, and it was because he thought I was not getting along well with others. My thoughts is that he has a lotta older members who are very nasty people who do not like newbies saying anything, and I said some opinions on stocks, and got yelled at by members, even though i was right on some of my stocks. AS you can tell, I do not like when people come out and bash my character in public, so I stood up for myself, and it got me kicked out. I am done here on this thread for good, I see how it is here, and I am gone. Goodbye all.
