I'm nowhere near being a hardcore gamer (heck, I'm barely even an occasional gamer!), but 20fps at the lowest possible resolution available in most games is generally not considered to be "good" and is, in fact, typically considered to be more along the lines of "really, really horrible". That's like saying "but 3 kilobytes per second on a text-only web browser was just enough to get a lot of enjoyment out of the internet". It is true, from a certain point of view, but only from a "I don't know what I'm missing, so I'm not unhappy" perspective.

Man, I cannot enjoy any game unless the Frame rates are above 30 constantly and I prefer 60fps as you can see the difference when you spin around how smooth the view changes.

20fps is very lame.
