Housing crash will only be caused by a further severe decline in the markets, imo. Interest rates low enough still to fuel housing. As long as the consumer holds up we should be OK. I understand that the consumer may not hold up--again an upward moving stock market would help big time. I heard one commentator describing Gspan as pleading with ceo's to place orders to prime the pump so to speak. mike
