Intriguing that non-tech doesn't want to join the frenzy. Of course, it's been stronger of late. In fact, we've seen much more rotation of late as well.

This is setting up as a trending day. After the 10:30 turn, if we are still heading up, I would only go into scalp mode for shorts.
