Ted: Many American companies, both tech and non tech, with European customers claim business is slowing fast. How true that is I don't know. Wouldn't surprise me one bit. Consumer indices are a complete mess. Additionally, parts of Europe are suffering from severe shortages of skilled labor (depending on region, this can be anything from doctors to engineers - or even construction workers). Unfortunately, Europe's work force is still EXTREMELY immobile. Naturally, this leads to slower growth and tends to exacerbate other problems, such as this current "slow-down". -fyo
