Investor sentiment means everything. Cisco stabilizes panic and gloom. Afterall there will be a recovery in these stocks at some point. No, not back up to all-time highs or anywhere near them but even Csco to $21 now is a nice bang for your buck buying under $17. Try to get that in any other sector. That's why even the techs I have that are underwater I will just hold. And buy more on dips. Just missed my cheap target on AAPL today. I feel that is as true a bargain as there is in tech now.
