One of the myriad pieces of the neverending BR war was on the value of keeping promises. I think that was yesterday. Hard to tell. It's all running together. I watched as much as I could stomach. I think both you and jla made good points about his performance. I think he was over-coached, exhibited no true emotion or contritition, and, in the end, did himself no favors. I think it was a great mistake to say he was only doing what the Levys asked. That should be good for a weekend's worth of interviews and objections by the family (and with good reason). Polling will decide if the Democrats put him out of his misery next month when they submit the final redistricting plan.
