Only if I was convinced that Coke was floundering like a wounded animal and/or I was convinced that RC Cola's price/performance was clearly superior to Coke's and/or my margin potential was 4 times that of Coke, and/or I was convinced that RC Cola's recent market share gains could be reasonably extrapolated into the future...

This would be no problem. Just inform the customer Coke unacceptably changed its formula. (Do you recall Coke's "New Coke" fiasco?)
