That was last year. This is this year. Right now, AMD looks like the wounded animal until they prove that Hammer and SOI are a silver bullet, and those are a year away. Do you really think customers would start coming around Gateway more if they told them they were dropping the company that invented the microprocessor, and that has 75% of the business, and the intel inside™ campaign? Sounds like a drowning man clutching at a straw to me.
