"...cannot give an informed..."

Since when has information been important to E in forming opinions?

Since it's an apocryphal tale (did you really not know that? i assumed brees didn't, but you?) you don't need to have seen the show.

Weren't you shocked to read what the 'blond' said? Even though you and i agree that Condit is a liar?

That's the shock I felt when i read what brees said, btw.

I'm requesting, though, that you, on the basis of what i wrote, answer these questions. Just as a fellow SI-er, and seeker after truth and principle.

1) Was she right to say that?

2) Was the moderator wrong to challenge the conclusion she had drawn and presented as an attribution?

3) Were the allies of the speaker wrong not to defend her statement as 'fair comment,' and 'conclusion' based on 'extrapolation'?

No need to draw any parallel. Just on the basis of what I wrote.

Yes, Yes, and Yes?

I do note your latitudinarian comment, though, about the 'responsibility,' or lack of it, people in chat rooms should be expected to 'exercise' in what they attribute to others. In chat rooms, to their fellow posters, of course. So maybe one or more are a No to you?

We may be getting somewhere!
