I agree that the COTs are bearish. I reduced my RYPMX from 20% to 10%, but continue to add to my explorers.

I was 99% sure that the commercials would hike their short position this week, but I still am very bullish on the gold sector aftert the inevitable short-term pullback. I expect the next big gold rally to be triggered by the commercials covering shorts. The commercials were heavily short throughout the big 1993 gold bull and they will be short this one as well.
