Even if that was so, under no circumstances could it be considered a lie... I don't see how you can possibly draw that conclusion. We have an inaccuracy. Was it a lie? As I said in my very first post to E on this subject, on day two of the war, I think it was... Knowing what I do of brees, it was probably not a lie. Unless you collaborated with brees in the drafting of the post in question, I don't see how you can affirm his honest and good-faith intent any more than that. Would you swear to it in court? I don't think so. Karen
