600Mhz diff here, but it should be short lived athome.compaq.com performance wise it's only like AMD is 1 speed grade behind. M.

It appears they're having binsplit problems with the Palomino core while Intel is chugging ahead with 2GHz in a couple of days. Add to that having their fastest desktop processor barely selling for over $100 and AMD is back to the old days of pathetic ASPs and only competing in the low-mid range. How many days until Jerry warns Q3 will have a larger than expected loss? And will it be before or after he unloads on more stock?" You have learned well the way of the CPU and the Mhz sells law...
