I love that story. I BELIEVE in that story. I am a smiler by nature and all my life I have found people to be more friendly than not. I can tell the difference on my down days, too. I think a lot of the problems on SI stem from not being able to see the smiles or hear the warm tone in voices. Of course sometimes that works for the good, if someone has a nasty, sarcastic delivery or is condescending. WE could all get those happy Bill Clinton Halloween masks to wear. Why do I think that wouldn't be successful.
