I know a few people who buy homes, remodel and landscape, and then sell the home and start the process all over again. I believe that is where the term "sweat equity" came into existence. (The equity that is created in a home as a direct result of the hard work by the owners.) IMO there have to be much better ways to earn a living! (Don't ever look to find me on the Home Improvement t.v. show!)
