I love the bread at our Ethiopian restaurant. Do they have that wonderful spongy bread at yours? And we always get to eat with our hands. Which is, of course, thrilling for the children.

I am so glad you mentioned that. I've never run across it and it is very thought provoking. It is conservative, but isn't that nice? It gives us an immense target. So many things to disagree with, and so little time.
