Your indignation seems a little phony to me!

I'm not indignant. I simply pointed out where you were totally and completely wrong. You claimed Intel apologized to VIA and paid their legal expenses when in fact the exact opposite happened.

Under the settlement, announced today, Taiwan-based Via will pay Intel an undisclosed lump sum and provide the chip giant with ongoing royalty payments.

That does not sound like an apology nor does it sound like Intel paid VIA's legal expenses as you claimed.

"Engle comes up with an INTEL house organ story and you believe it?"

If you are claiming that this story is phoney then we don't have anything left to talk about. Get help.
