<<It's a nice play, IMO.>>

I am long on RRRR that I have been buying at $0.19

The $100 million they gave to MTNT is supposedly secured in part by a radio station and if the merger goes as planned they are supposed to get a preferred stock at a cost of 0.1 of MTNT share which will be convertible into 6.4 shares of MTNT. Most of the time (based on those conversion rates) it seems to me is best to buy RRRR than MTNT.

For instance, today with MTNT at 33 and RRRR at 19
1/10 of MTNT=3.3x6.4=21.12 That is 2.12 better than the 19 price of RRRR. Some days the difference seems even better.

At any rate, I have already bought 40K around $0.19 and I don't want to risk more than 8K on it, so I am about done with it.<g>Let's see if things go as planned & I will be able to sell 1/2 between $0.40 & $0.50, then I won't mind what will happen to the other 1/2.<g>
