The ineptitude problem would go away almost immediately upon our arrival en masse.
There will be 50 or 100 or 1000 of them for every one of us. Or worse. How's this work? And we're going to change the attitudes and work habits of an entire continent in a generation? We haven't even managed that here.

As for the health problem, we could reduce the incidence of new cases and keep the afflicted comfortable for the rest of their short lives.
Do you realize what it costs to treat an AIDS patient? And with modern treatment, their lives won't be so short.

The remainder would be Americanized in a generation.
Somehow I doubt that. If we could put 100 million Americans on the African continent, we might make a dent. But we can't. How many would volunteer to go? I think you'd be lucky to get 10,000.

And we'd end up with bunches and bunches and bunches of prime real estate. Room to spread out. It's all gravy.
But there are already people on that real estate. With claims to it. This sounds like another American Indian problem in the making.

I pass.
