Ok Bernard,it's clear. Thanks for posting the 10q info.

RRRR shareholders get MTNT shares and RRRR preferred shareholders get a stake in XMSR.

There's more to it as well. The RRRR prefered holders can't convert until MTNT hits $3 (needs to be adjusted for reverse split)and MTNT gets to choose to pay cash or XMSR shares.
