Asylum seeker and an immigrant are two different entities:
An asylum seeker is a desperate individual doing anything to keep himself alive, in the most cases economically speaking.

An immigrant is seeking to make the best use of his skills where they are most valuable.

The reason I think mass immigration is coming is because: The economy of any country need several resources, material resources, capital and human resources. Everyone is for the free movement of materials and capital resources. It has been done a lot for that.

Why free the movement of human resources is not the norm? Hey one trillion dollar (one Tera Dollar) is exchanged all over the world every day! This should be cause of concern not a couple of 747 loads of people moving across borders.

Asylum seekrs are killed because they take menial jobs at a price the market can bear. The locals -who should be doing those jobs- do not find attractive those jobs and prefer to be in the dole. They resent asylum seekers who take these jobs since they reason if they did not come to do it, the salaries paid for those dirty jobs would climb to a level that would make them attractive to those locals. Unemployment must be made painful enough otherwise the locals will not go out of bed.

Immigrants come to get jobs beyond the reach of the locals. Well paid and live, send the kids to school and work away from the locals in the dole.
