You really think you have a RIGHT to a government run lottery? If you don't like the lottery, don't put your money down. But, don't try to curtail the rights of other citizens, which is what you are suggesting. I have said nothing about laws prohibiting citizens from gambling. I have said it is a business governments should not be involve in and promoting. What do you think about my idea of government run prostitution? How is that any different in principle from running a numbers racket?
