Ted, threaders, CNBC just had a little blurb about AMD planning to come out with an ad campaign in the fourth quarter saying Megahertz isn't everything; their processors do some things faster regardless, etc. Tony

Ted, Re: what are the odds of an EU rate cut on Thursday I hope this is not off topic but according to German "experts" chances are higher than the last few time for a rate cut since inflation is down a little bit. However, money supply (don't know if this is the right English word) has risen unexpectedly by about 6% last month. I'd say the odds are 60:40 against a rate cut. If there's a rate cut it will be most probably by 25 basis points to 4.25%. Andreas
