Hey Chip,

I was stuck at home sick, even had Friday off, the first day off since our newest one this past April. Was up to the lake the preivous weekend and that was perfect. Stayed over Sat night and caught a good buzz sitting on the patio watching the stars. Man is the lake ever this year, there are rocks in front of our house that I can't ever remember seeing before.

House is kinda waffling at the moment. I am a tad nervous about the economic eviroment in the PCB industry. Although my company is holding our own vs the competition, I fear things may get even tighter. Coupled with our middle child wanting to go to full day kindergarden and oldest just starting first grade, it makes better sense to stay where we are at until spring. My wife doesn't want to pull the kids half way through the school year.

I have the plans done and have submitted RFQ. I had three different plans to use as references on what I spec'd and had a good friend of mine look over the plans. Currently I'm trying to decide whether to mill the pine and use for barn/2nd garage or just sell it... My dad is retiring in Jan and wants to buy a portable saw mill. I may just buy it for him and have him saw it up. I plan on clearing in a few weeks then get the foundation/septic/water in. From there I think I may lay the first floor, seal and cover it for spring. I am a tad nervous about foundation shifts over the winter but should have the footings pinned to ledge. That's the current plan anyway.

Later, got to go catch a flight to Sacramento...
