Shares of Nokia (NOK) tumbled 4%, hitting their lowest point since February of 1999. A Gartner Dataquest survey showed world-wide cell phone sales fell sharply in the second quarter, with rivals Ericsson (ERICY) and Motorola (MOT) chipping away at the Finnish giant's leading market share.
