Sorry your feelings are hurt. I'll ask again very nicely. What % of wireless users (remember this includes everybody from Joe 6pack, soccer moms, to Stacie with an ie)care about the acrononyms underlying the technology of their gadgets. Why don't you take the time to interview someone at a senior level at any of the service providors and get their take on how to manage personnel at a service that is as fast changing as wireless. By your standards the local Walmart employees should know what grade of pulp is used to make the various toilet tissues they carry, what new strains are in development and the commodity pricing on a daily basis.
