Same thing happened here today. Coincidence? Conspiracy?

A terribly plague of windex inexplicably killed all the ants.

Oh, the arthropodity.... how can you sleep at night?

My heart is breaking.
An innocent colony of ants, going about their daily pinecone mining rituals, are suddenly swept up in a maelstrom and deposited in a dark strange cave. Imagine their terror, their desperate pleas to the AntGod who had forsaken them. And then, just as they find deliverance, when the mouth of the dark purgatorial cave opened magically onto the Promised Land, a land where small bits of manna fell from the Heavens three times a day, the unpredictable AntGod loses it again and sends a flood to destroy his antpeople.
How they must have wondered what they did to bring the vengeance of the AntGod upon them as they gasped their last little anty breaths.
