FREEUS:The Fed's actions-lower-raise-lower-raise--arrogance of "thinking"they (12 bankers-few know much about the market) can second guess 285 million people's spending pattern's --plus Bill Clinton's/attack (timing which was politiclly inspired to cream the Republicans in the upcoming election)on MSFT/DOJ-(implemented precisely at the zenith of the market)-THESE-are the forces/actions which sunk the market -not your greed-Greenspan pulled the rug out from under the IT buyers by raising rates-Clinton --(America's first social climbing President) finished it off by attacking the company -MSFT- that made the revolution possible-(March-2000).

You are not alone. Many people have been hit hard...I personally know people
who made and then lost fortunes recently.

May I recommend that you consider buying back into the tech market some
time in December. There are many great companies that will bottom out with
tax loss selling around that time. I bet you can pick up ORCL, JDSU, SUNW
and many others for practically nothing. Then hold em.

In my opinion, options are for trading, stocks are for holding...
