As for OBCI, I should have had about 50,000 shares to make it worthwhile, but that one is so thin it just isn't possible. I am having the same problem with SLTI, I just can't get the shares I want at the price I want.. But, the rat system is a valid one. William: Because many of the stocks are bombed out, it's hard to accumulate them on such low trading volume without driving up the price...
