O'Neil DEMANDED that Reagan NOT cut taxes so that liberal Democrats could spend more. He lost that fight, but forced spending anyway. George Mitchell DEMANDED that Bush I raise taxes and lied about a spending cut. He WON that fight, and proceeded to raise spending. This is the first time that liberal Democrats have called for spending cuts. Their lie this time, is that Bush II is somehow "raiding" non-existent Social Security "savings". The door is now open for the public to see all the specifics that the liberals have been wasting money on for two generations. "Help the 'childrun!'", "Help the 'unfortunate'!" is ALL down the drain now. These lies cannot be used by the liberals this year, because their lie that they are "protecing old people" is in conflict. Let's open up on the $660 billion, and push for at least a 20% cut in the BS spending that the liberals have been maintaining for generations. And every time one of them tries to open their big fat blow hole, let's scream "What about Social Security? Do you want to make our SENIORS suffer just to fund Head Start? Just to fund the National Public Stalinist Propaganda Corp.? Just to fund deadbeats on welfare? Just to fund "art" that no one wants or buys? WHAT ABOUT OUR SENIORS?" Go ahead, Puff, DEFEND THAT!!!
