Charles, not sure what your wrong number problem is. It depends on the software on the system, not the OS. I eagerly await Sun making an appeal to the EU or DOJ asking them to stop MS from tying the Windows calculator to the OS cos it prevents a potential competitor from making a superior calculator and giving that away for free instead LOL.

If u r referring to the 94 Pentium flaw, that is Intel's problem. U r scraping the barrel to go back that far to make your point.

While we are on this topic, contrast how Intel dealt with the Pentium Flaw with the way Sun dealt with its cosmic ray probs. You had a company (Sun) that knowingly sold defective products that made calculating errors for a long time AND covered it up. They lost a lot of cred on that. I don't know of any MS experience that can compare to that in terms of customer disservice.
