You have it precisely backwards. He gives fallacies: Compare the GNP with the rate of taxation over the last fifty years-- This FACT directly contradicts the thesis of his entire post - Taxes as a fraction of GDP are the HIGHEST THEY'VE EVER BEEN SINCE WWII.
