In a follow-up to the discussion yesterday about Florida adoption law- I saw this. I think it was one of our questions. Florida's law only pertains to adoption and single queer parents are allowed to be foster parents but not adoptive parents Incidentally- there was this explanation on the home page of the site-(I was curious because the word jars on me and I went looking for the author of the site) Also note: The word queer is used throughout this site because of its inclusiveness and is in no way meant to be derogatory
