"Most tax loss selling already taken place ?"

I may be wrong, but IMO some significant tax loss selling has already occurred by those who held technology stocks. Maybe in the next few months there could be selling of securities that have made gains in this market, to off-set the losses already taken. Then the question would be, where will that money go...and IMO the most likely sector would be technology.

Part of the reason I like technology has to do with my belief in the continued impressive growth of the Internet. The Internet is not a "fad" that will soon disappear but something that companies will need IMO in order to compete and survive for the long term. The growth and changes in the Internet in the last few years has been amazing, but IMO it is just the beginning of the potential that the Internet has to offer.

As more people become involved with using the Internet, the need for special solutions becomes more crucial. Internet security, "traffic routing" of the Internet, storage solutions will all IMO be an issue for major corporations.
