You must be one naive idiot. There all you democrats go again blaming Bush. The Kyoto treaty went to congress during the Clinton presidency and was voted against. Not one person voted for it. Was Clinton blamed for not signing it? No. Now that there is a republican president they want to blame him. Go figure. The democrats in congress speak out of both sides of their mouths. They are nothing but used car salesmen. They say they want to help the underpriveleged but did anyone say "let's take the surplus and start rebuilding the ghettos." No! Does anyone realize how big the surplus was? The average human being can't even fathom how much a million dollars is much less a billion or a trillion. The average american citizen will never make a million dollars in their lifetime, but they want to sit there and believe that a politician, especially a democrat, cares about them. Democrats fool you by coming up with programs like welfare to make it look like they care. You can take a thirsty horse to water but if you don't teach it to drink it is still thirsty!!!!! American citizens, especially democrats, want everything handed to them in social programs. If they can't get it from programs then they sue. We are a sue happy society!!!! We sue if we spill hot coffe. We sue if we get lung cancer from smoking. My seven year old son has brains enough to know that smoking will kill you. Why do we blame tobacco companies? Don't bother even answering, because any answer you give will be foolish. We shouldn't be concerned with the surplus or campaign finance reform. The three things we should be concerned with is tort reform education and military defense. If you democrats don't think that China(with their billion + people) aren't a threat than you are fooling yourself. They have our secrets, thanks to clinton, so pull your heads out of your butts and start worrying about things that are really important.
