You'll notice that Thomas does not respond to my post #3060 because, as the kids say, it "rocks his world.' >>>

Perhaps it does (his world) <gg>

The situation is not that much different from Indian-Pakistani conflict or Serbo-Croatian in terms of race, that is even more striking we are talking there about not close, but identical "twin" races, separated by religion/culture/historical events only

Actually, I agree with it, for the most part. In fact, that is something I have said before, that Jews are not a race.

It is hypocritical of some Palestinians to have such an intense focus on the "race" of the Israeli Jews

As you well know, this is not a focus of Palestinians at all. This is a strong historical focus of the Zionist movement, though.

You might be better off leaving the propaganda to the others on this thread. You always trip over yourself as soon as you come in the door.

Saying that Jews of Isreal are "racist" with regard to people of the same general "race", is like saying that Americans were "racist" towards Germans in WW II. Pure pseudo-scientific nonsense.

Let's see - Jews have a second set of rules for the non-Jews who are living in their own country. Americans crossed an ocean to fight a war against a hostile, expansionist foreign country. Great analogy! -g- A much better analogy would be your old example of the American Indians (remember, you claimed to be native American). They were treated as second-class citizens, their culture destroyed, and their land taken by force. Apparently, you feel this was such beautiful behavior, that the U.S. should now fund and arm a similar situation in Israel.
