JLA, That $158 Billion is all Social Security funds. It represents the excess Social Security revenues over Social Security payments. It should be used to buy Government bonds and pay down debt - not used for increased defense expenditures. It should not be used for other governmental expenditures which is what is happening right now. If Bush would keep his promises, it would not be used for other purposes. Keep your eye on the truth JLA.
